Personalized Nutrition Counseling When it comes to your health and nutrition, one-size simply does not fit all.  That’s why we’ve created personalized nutrition plans and counseling. 
During your counseling sessions, we address your specific health concerns, weight loss goals, and overall wellness.  Together, we strategize how to make intelligent, mindful choices that are realistic for your lifestyle and your body’s individual needs.  You are given the tools and support you need to easily incorporate healthful habits into your day to day routine.  Our goal is to help you implement a holistic approach in your personalized nutrition program that is sustainable and realistic.

Following your initial nutrition assessment visit, we’ll begin your personalized nutrition program and counseling sessions.  These follow up sessions (typically 2 or 3 weeks following your previous visit) are critical to your success on the journey to a healthier lifestyle.  Your personalized nutrition counseling sessions involve:

  • Face to face counseling in person or remotely (i.e. Skype sessions)
  • Monitoring your progress (i.e. weight loss, body fat, symptom improvements, etc.)
  • Reviewing your food records and food diary
  • Discussing challenges you’ve faced and tackling them head-on
  • Diet analysis and modifying customized meal plans as needed
  • Cookbook and recipe recommendations
  • Guided grocery store or farmers market tours and customized shopping lists
  • Adjusting your supplemental regimen as needed
  • Education, recommended reading, and product advice
  • Information, handouts, articles, self-help, and inspirational material
  • Self-care tips and strategies for wellness, meditation, and mindfulness
  • Fitness tips and stress relief guidance that boost vitality and energy
  • Unlimited email communications between each session for support, accountability, motivation, and inspiration
  • Answering any questions about your process and journey
